摘　　要：随着我国改革开放的发展,培养高校医学专业人才是当前高等医学院教育改革的重点。但是目前我国对医学人才的培养仍然沿用着传统的培养模式,这样就会导致医学生的创新意识,创新精神以及创新能力都会有所不足,也反映了目前医学创新人才严重缺乏的原因。本文主要介绍了新时期对医学专业人才的需要及意义,高校医学专业人才的培养现状,以及高校医学专业人才培养途径。With the development of China＇s reform and opening up, the cultivation of medical professionals in colleges and universities is the focus of the current educational reform of higher medical institutions. However, at present, the cultivation of medical talents in China still uses the traditional training mode, which will lead to the lack of innovation, innovation and innovation of medical students, and also reflects the serious lack of medical innovation talents.
