摘　　要：在互联网+时代,高等教育面临了许多挑战和机遇。基于大学学习方式、教学模式改进的必然趋势以及易班产生的背景和推广的必要性,探讨了一种帮助大学生成长成才与适应新潮流的教育模式,同时基于易班提出了一种培养大学生自主学习能力的方法。In the Internet ＋ era, higher education is facing many challenges and opportunities. Based on the inexorable trend of college learning mode, teaching mode improvement, the background of the emergence of easy classes and the necessity of popularization, this paper probes into an educational mode to help college students grow up and adapt to the new trend, and puts forward a method to cultivate students＇ autonomous learning ability based on E-classes.
