摘 要:当前我国工程教育人才培养模式改革滞后,培养的学生创新能力不足,不能适应建设创新型国家对人才的需求。基于校企合作、产教融合的理念,可采取共建共管创新实验班;强调课堂教学与课外专业活动教学有机结合,课堂教学和线上自学相结合;以技术应用能力为主线,按"平台+模块"方式构建项目驱动性课程体系;实施项目驱动案例式教学和项目开发式课程设计等方面的措施来改革和创新电子信息工程专业的人才培养模式,为我国电子信息类专业创新性人才培养提供一种示范。At present, engineering talents training in China is lagging behind, and the lack of creativity of the stu- dents cannot meet the requirements of the construction of a creative country. Based on the concept of cooperation of school and enterprise, and the integration of production and education, the experimental class can be set up as the model of co-construction and co-administration. It emphasize on the integration of classroom teaching and extracurricular activities, and the ordination of classroom teaching and online learning. It adheres to the application of technology and constructs the project-driven curriculum with "platform + modular", and adopts case analysis teaching modes. This model can provide reference for the creative talents training in electronic information majors in China.
