摘  要:针对弓形折流板、连续螺旋折流板换热器,采用FLUENT软件,k-ε湍流模型,通过数值模拟的方法比较了4块挡板的弓形折流板换热器和4个螺旋的螺旋折流板换热器的壳程流动与换热性能。结果表明:弓形折流板换热器流动湍动程度强,换热系数更大;螺旋折流板换热器壳程流动呈螺旋状,流动阻力更小;比较单位压降换热系数,螺旋折流板换热器综合性能优于弓形折流板换热器。The flow and heat transfer performance of the shell side of the segmental baffles heat exchanger with 4 baffles and continuous helical baffles heat exchanger with 4 spiral helices were compared by numerical simulation, based on Fluent and k-ε model. The results show that the segmental baffle heat exchanger has strong flow turbulence and larger heat transfer coefficient; helical Baffle heat exchanger shell-side flow is spiral and the flow resistance is smaller; the heat transfer coefficient of unit pressure drop of two heat exchangers is compared, and found that helical baffle heat exchangers have better overall performance than segmental baffle heat exchangers.
