摘  要:石油炼制是一个恶臭污染较重的行业^([1]),其中污水处理场属于重要的恶臭污染源,扰民事件时有发生,亟需进行污染治理,改善员工工作环境。2014年中海炼化恵炼分公司(以下简称恵炼)对污水处理场恶臭气体处理系统进行了技术改造,针对高浓度恶臭气体和低浓度恶臭气体分别进行收集与治理。高浓度恶臭气体经化学洗涤后与低浓度恶臭气体分别进组合生物除臭装置(采用"生物滴滤+生物滤池"技术)进行净化处理。处理后的恶臭气体进碳纤维吸附装置进行深度处理。改造结果证明,该复合工艺对污水处理场恶臭治理效果较好,其中臭气浓度低于100,非甲烷总烃≤6.5 mg/m^3,硫化氢浓度为0.004 mg/m^3,均远低于国家标准。Oil refinery is a industry with serious stench pollution [1]. Sewage treatment plant is one of the major source of stench pollution, because of which, disturbance incident occurred from time to time. To improve working and living environment, the pollution needs to be contained. In 2014, CNOOC refinery Co., Ltd, Huizhou refinery branch carried out a technical transformation of the malodorous gas treatment system in the sewage treatment plant, focusing on collecting and treating high-concentration malodorous gas and low-concentration malodorous gas respectively. After chemical washing, the high-concentration malodorous gas and the low-concentration malodorous gas will go through the combined biological deodorizing device (using "Bio-trickling + biofilter" technology) for purification treatment. The treated gas goes into Combined biological deodorization adsorption device for deeper treatment. The results of transformation prove that the combined technology has a better performance, comparing to the former technology. The odor concentration is less than 100, the non-methane total hydrocarbon concentration is less or equal to 6.5mg/m3, and the hydrogen sulfide concentration is 0.004 mg/m3, which is far below the national standard.
