摘  要:本文采用离子色谱法测定水中氟离子和氯离子的含量。水样经直径0.2μm水系滤膜过滤,上离子色谱仪测定氟离子和氯离子,经AG19保护柱及AS19分离柱分离,以20.00 mmol·L^(-1)氢氧化钾溶液为淋洗液,采用连续自动再生化学抑制器检测。F-和Cl-的质量浓度在0.1~1.5mg/L范围内与峰面积呈线性关系,Cl-的质量浓度在0.15~2.5mg/L范围内与峰面积呈线性关系,线性相关系数在0.9992~0.9994,氟离子与氯离子的相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.15%~0.17%,方法回收率为98.3%~104.3%,满足分析要求。The content of fluoride and chloride ions in composite fertilizer was determined by ion chromatography. Water was taked the supernatant by 0.22 microns in diameter drainage membrane filter, ion chromatograph on determination of fluorine ion and chloride ion, through AS19 separation column separation and AG19 protect column, tendency, at 20.00 L-1 as the eluent, potassium hydroxide solution by continuous automatic regeneration chemical suppressor detection. F - concentration within 0.1~1.5 mg/L has a linear relation with the peak area, Cl - concentration within 0.15~2.5 mg/L has a linear relation with the peak area, the linear correlation coefficient is 0.9992~0.9994, fluorine ion and chloride ion of relative standard deviation (RSD) is 0.15 %~0.17 %, the method of recovery is 98.3 % ~ 104.3 %, and satisfies the requirement of analysis.
