江山市男性性病就诊者哨点监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的:了解江山市疾病预防控制中心性病门诊男性就诊者艾滋病、梅毒及丙肝的感染状况以及艾滋病相关知识知晓率,为制订相关防控措施提供科学依据。方法:依照《全国艾滋病哨点监测方案》要求,对2012-2016年性病门诊男性就诊者进行问卷调查和血清学检测。结果:2000例男性就诊者中,HIV抗体阳性3例,梅毒抗体阳性493例,HCV抗体阳性3例,5种主要性病总感染率为33.75%;艾滋病知识知晓率为76.30%,艾滋病知识知晓率与年龄、是否接受过预防艾滋病干预有关(P<0. 01);结论:江山市性病门诊男性就诊者梅毒感染率较高,接受过预防干预服务比例偏低,应继续加强监测,及时有效地开展针对性的健康教育与行为干预,减少艾滋病和性病的传播。Objective： To understand the infection status of AIDS, syphilis and hepatitis C in the STD clinic of Jiangshan Center for Disease Prevention and Control and the awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge, so as to provide a scientific basis for the formulation of relevant prevention and control measures. Methods： According to the National AIDS sentinel surveillance program, a questionnaire survey and serologic examination were conducted of male outpatients in STD clinic from 2012 to 2016. Results： The total awareness rate of AIDS knowledge in 2000 STD outpatients was 76.30%, 3 cases of HIV antibody positive, 493 cases of syphilis antibody positive, 3 cases of HCV antibody positive, and 33.75% of the total infection rate of major venereal diseases, and the awareness rate of AIDS knowledge was 76.30%. The rate may be related to age and the acceptance of AIDS prevention services （ P 〈0.01）. Conclusion： The rate of syphilis infection in male STD clinics in Jiangshan City is higher, HIV infection is present and the potential factors are accelerated. The proportion of preventive intervention services for STD outpatients is low, and the population should be continued to strengthen the population. Monitoring, timely and effective targeted health education and behavioral intervention to reduce the spread of AIDS and sexually transmitted diseases.
