摘 要:自2003年以来,工程量清单计价模式被我国引入并开始在各个地方逐步应用,从那时开始投标报价工作在企业中变得尤为重要,如何才能使得企业中标,是一个企业生存和发展的关键所在。因此去研究和解决我国施工企业在投标报价过程中遇到的问题,才能使得我国整个建筑行业变得更加的发达。在大量文献阅读和个人实践经验的基础上,阐述了工程清单计价模式,探讨了我国工程量清单计价模式下的报价策略。最后,在分析了工程量清单计价模式下的投标报价风险之下,对其进行了相应的总结。Since 2003, the bill of quantities pricing model has been introduced in China and has been gradually applied in various places. Since then, bidding and quota'don work is particularly important in enterprises. How to win the bid is the key to the survival and developmen'f of an enterprise. Therefore, only by studying and solving the problems en countered in Chinese construction enterprises in the bidding process can develop more in the whole construction indus try of China. Based on a large number of literatures reading and personal practical experience, this paper firstly ex pounds the pricing model of engineering bill of quantities, and then analyzes the pricing strategy of engineering bill of quantities in China. Finally, under the analysis of the bidding quotation risk and the pricing model of bill of quantities, the corresponding personal summary is made.
