口服避孕药和雌激素预处理在辅助生殖技术中的应用进展

摘　　要：卵巢储备功能下降及卵巢低反应是辅助生殖中常遇到的棘手问题,为了使促排卵过程顺利,减少周期取消率,提高获卵数和卵母细胞质量,减少并发症,改善助孕结局,常常需对这些患者进行预处理。口服避孕药和雌激素是经常用的预处理药物,本文将详细做一综述。The diminished ovarian reserve and assisted reproductive technology（ART）. In order to poor ovarian response are the thorny issues in the make the process of controlled ovarian stimulation （COS） run smoothly, reduce cancellation rate, diminish the complication, improve the quality and quantity of oocytes and the pregnancy outcome, these women need pretreatment. The oral contraceptive and estradiol are commonly used for pretreatment,and the paper gave a detailed review.
