加强型鼻咽通气道应用于鼻腔手术后气道管理临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨加强型鼻咽通气道对鼻腔手术患者术后气道管理的临床应用价值。方法前瞻性选取于2016年11月至2017年11月来上海市第八人民医院五官科就诊的患者,共80例,所有患者经检查需行鼻腔手术治疗。采用随机数字表法将所有患者随机分为对照组和试验组,每组各40例。对照组术后采用传统单纯填塞膨胀止血海绵进行处理,试验组在此基础上应用加强型鼻咽通气道进行气道管理。比较两组患者的疼痛情况、视觉模拟评分(VAS)和生活质量量表评分等指标。结果对照组VAS评分和生活质量量表评分分别为(6.4±2.2)、(81.5±18.5)分,而试验组对应评分分别为(5.5±1.7)、(89.4±21.1)分,与对照组相比,试验组VAS评分和生活质量量表评分均显著升高,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强型鼻咽通气道可以有效减轻患者术后疼痛情况,提高生活质量,保证患者鼻腔及气道通气情况,提高患者舒适度,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical significance of enhanced nasopharyngeal ventilation in management of airway after nasal surgery. Methods A total of 80 patients in the Departmetn of ENT of this hospital during November 2016 to November 2017 were selected for this study, all these patients were undergoing nasal surgery after examination. All these patients were randomly divided into two groups： control group and trial group according to random number table,, 40 cases in each group. Patients in control group were treated with simple tracheal expansion hemostatic sponge. Patients in trial group were applied with enhanced nasopharyngeal airway for airway management. The degree of pain, quality of life, dry mouth and VAS scores were compared between these two groups. Results The visual analogue scores and the quality of life scores in control group were 6.4±2.2 points and 81.5±18.5 points respectively, while the corresponding scores of trial group were 5.5±1.7 points and 89.4±21.1 points respectively. In comparison with control group, visual analogue scores and quality of life scores were significantly increased in trial group , and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Enhanced nasopharyngeal airway can effectively reduce the postoperative pain, improve quality of life, ensure nasal and airway ventilation and improve the comfort of patients, hence It is worthy to be popularized in clinical practice.
