摘  要:样品采用敞口酸溶法,以2%(V/V)乙醇溶液作为基体改进剂,结合电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定地球化学样品中的碲。研究表明:在较小的稀释倍数下,采用乙醇增敏,可提高该方法的灵敏度,增加仪器的信噪比,降低方法的检出限(0.003 mg/kg),同时采用乙醇溶液作为清洗液,能够快速的清洗测定高含量样品后进样系统中碲的残留量,降低了仪器的记忆效应。该方法经国家一级标准物质(岩石、水系沉积物和土壤)验证,测定值在认定值误差允许范围以内,结果的相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于11%(n=12),质量参数能够满足勘查地球化学的要求。After sample dissolution by acid in ambient temperature and pressure, the ethanol solution (2%, V/V) was used as matrix modifier for the determination of tellurium in exploration geochemical samples by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry with high sensitivity and anti-interference ability. The results showed that under the small dilution ratio, the sensitizer ethanol enhanced the sensitivity, increased the signal to noise ratio (SNR) of the instrument and greatly reduced the detection limit (0. 003 mg/kg). At the same time, the ethanol solution was used as the cleaning solution to clean the residual tellurium quickly in the injection system when measuring the high-content samples, which can reduce the memory effect of the instrument. This method was corroborated with rocks, stream sediments and soils certified reference materials. The results were within the allowable error ranges of the certified values, and the relative standard deviations were less than 11% ( n = 12). The quality parameters of this method can meet the requirements of exploration ~eochemistrv.
