摘　　要：所有的协议信令描述有一个统一的语法规定，该设计可以正规的表达出编解码消息。通过可扩展软件系统对卫星通信信令进行编码和解码，设计系统处理信令的能力强，同时方便移植，程序库优化合理，实时性高。提高了卫星移动通信系统地面测试人员工作效率．并针对开发人员使用和移植工作设计了完整的解决方案。There is a unified grammar rule for the description of protocol signaling. This paper has proposed a technology scheme, which can express the information of coding ＆ decodingreg- ularly. Satellite communication signaling coding and decoding has been processed by the extensible software system. The system is powerful in signaling processing and easy to transplant. The program library is optimized and rationalized with high real-time perform- ance, which has improved the working efficiency of ground testers of mobile satellite com- munication system. The paper also gives an entire solution of application and transplant work for the developers.
