止咳化痰汤治疗小儿支气管炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析止咳化痰汤治疗小儿支气管炎的临床效果。方法选择本院2016年4月—2017年8月期间收治的86例小儿支气管炎患儿作为研究对象,依照摸球法的分组方式将其分为对照组(43例)和治疗组(43例),对照组将吸入复方福尔可定溶液作为治疗方法,治疗组将口服止咳化痰汤作为治疗方法,对2组临床症状变化情况和整体临床疗效进行观察比较。结果在发热、气促及肺部啰音、咳嗽消失时间比较上,治疗组均短于对照组,2组之间的差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);在治疗总有效率比较上,对照组低于治疗组,组间具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论止咳化痰汤治疗小儿支气管炎可显著提高临床疗效和治愈率,促进康复,具有临床借鉴和进一步推广普及价值。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Zhike Huatan decoction on pediatric bronchitis. Methods Eighty-six children with pediatric bronchitis who were admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to August 2017 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into control group （n =43） and treatment group according to the grouping method of ball shooting method. The control group was treated with inhaled compound folcectine as a treatment method, and the treatment group was treated with Zhike Huatan decoction. The clinical symptom changes and the overall clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed and compared. Results In the comparison of fever, shortness of breath, lung rales, and disappearance time of cough, the treatment group was shorter than the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The total effective rate of the control group was lower than that of the treatment group, and there wash statistical significance between the groups （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Zhike Huatan decoction in the treatment of pediatric bronchitis can significantly improve the clinical curative effect and cure rate, promote rehabilitation, and has clinical reference and further popularization value.
