摘　　要：目的探讨平衡火罐疗法治疗湿热内蕴型(CFS)的康复效果。方法选取我院康复科门诊CFS患者72例,按照接诊顺序将其随机分为2组,对照组36例行针刺治疗,试验组36例在对照组的基础上应用平衡火罐疗法治疗,观测2组疗效。结果试验组的治疗有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论平衡火罐疗法治疗CFS可提高疲劳改善效果,且疗效确切,值得推广。Objective To explore the rehabilitation effect of balance cupping therapy in the treatment of dampness-heat syndrome chronic fatigue syndrome （CFS）. Methods 72 cases of CFS patients in the outpatient department of our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the order of reception. 36 cases in the control group were treated with acupuncture, and 36 cases in the experimental group were treated with balanced cupping therapy on the basis of the control group. The effects of the two groups were observed. Results The curative effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Balance cupping therapy in the treatment of CFS can improve the fatigue effect and curative effect, and is worthy of promotion.
