摘　　要：本文从提升IPTV业务感知出发,重点关注FTTx接入网络质量对IPTV业务的影响,通过对影响IPTV业务感知的接入网典型案例的分析,提出并制定了FTTx接入网络质量提升方案,最后通过对比分析提升方案实施前后用户万户投诉量变化情况,表明所提出的FTTx接入网络质量提升方案能够极大提升客户IPTV业务感知。This paper starts with the promotion of IPTV services, focuses on the impact of FTTx access network on IPTV services. Based on the analysis of typical cases of FTTx access network that affect IPTV services, a scheme for improving the quality of FTTx access network is proposed and formulated. At last, by comparing and analyzing the changes of customer complaints before and after the implementation of the scheme, it shows that the proposed FTTx access network quality improvement scheme can greatly improve the customers’ IPTV service perception.
