摘 要:本文使用SCY-1型建筑材料烟密度测定仪, 依据 《建筑材料燃烧或分解的烟密度试验方法》(GB/T8627-2007), 测定PVC壁纸燃烧过程中烟密度的变化.为了考察水及S-100-AB-DW水系灭火剂对材料产烟量的影响, 用水及S-100-AB-DW水系灭火剂浸泡PVC壁纸后, 开展了对比试验.结果表明, 浸水后, 材料开始产烟的时间延迟, 浸了S-100-AB-DW水系灭火剂的材料开始产烟时间提前, 水及S-100-AB-DW水系灭火剂都对最大烟密度影响不大, 都使总产烟量和烟密度等级减小, 但水的作用更显著.In this paper, the smoke density of PVC wallpaper in combustion process were measured by using the building smoke density tester of SCY-1 type according to Test Method for Smoke Density of Burning or Decomposition of Building Materials(GB/T 8627—2007)method. Smoke density after adding water and water-based extinguisher were compared in order to investigate the effects of water and water-based extinguisher on smoke density of PVC wallpaper. According to the results,the beginning time of smoke emerge was shortened after adding water while it was prolonged after adding water-based extinguisher. Both water and water-based extinguisher had little influence on the maximum smoke density(MSD)of PVC wallpaper. Both water and water-based extinguisher resulted in decreasing of the total production of smoke and smoke density rating(SDR), but the effect of water was significantly.
