摘　　要：介绍城市内涝预报预警系统的重要性,阐述系统的3个组成部分(城市排水管网地理信息系统、精细化降水预报及监测系统、城市积涝仿真系统),并针对应用中存在的问题提出了相关建议。It was important to establish urban waterlogging forecasting and early warning system. The system consisted of geographic information system for urban drainage network, refined precipitation forecasting and monitoring system, and urban waterlogging simulation system. In order to solve the problems existing in application of the system, the corre- sponding suggestions were put forward.
