摘 要:齿轮表面涂层是提高变速器齿轮疲劳寿命的有效方法。本文中基于非线性有限元法、传热学和涂层摩擦学理论,将轮齿之间摩擦产生的热视为热源,采用摩擦磨损试验机获得涂层表面的摩擦因数,精确计算稳态条件下涂层齿轮的摩擦热流密度和对流系数;运用ANSYS有限元软件,对某7速双离合器自动变速器涂层齿轮进行不同涂层厚度下温度场的数值仿真,揭示了涂层摩擦因数、转速和转矩等参数对齿轮稳态温度场的影响;采用红外热成像仪在齿轮动力循环加载试验台上测试了不同工况下的齿轮表面温度。结果验证了仿真模型的准确性,并表明,涂层后齿轮摩擦因数的减小可有效降低齿轮的最高本体温度。本研究为变速器齿轮的抗胶合和表面改性设计提供参考依据。Gear surface coating is an effective method to enhance the fatigue life of transmission gears. Inthis paper, based on nonlinear finite element method, heat generated by the friction between gears is regarded asheat source, friction and wear tester is used to obtain the friction factor of coating surface, and the frictional heatflux density and convection coefficient of coated gears under steady-state condition are accurately calculated. Then,a numerical simulation on the coated gear temperature field of a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission un-der different coating thicknesses is conducted with ANSYS to reveal the effects of parameters such as the friction fac-tor of coating and the rotation speed and torque of gear on the steady-state temperature field of gears. Finally infraredthermal imager is adopted to measure the gear surface temperature in different working conditions on gear dynamiccycle loading tester. The results verify the accuracy of simulation model and show that reducing the friction factor ofcoated gear can effectively lower the maximum bulk temperature of gears. The research provides reference basis forthe anti-scuffing and surface modification design of transmission gears.
