复方黄柏液涂剂保留灌肠治疗湿热下注型肛窦炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察复方黄柏液涂剂保留灌肠对湿热下注型肛窦炎患者主要临床症状的影响。方法采用随机分组法将湿热下注型肛窦炎患者分为试验组和对照组,每组30例。试验组予以复方黄柏液涂剂保留灌肠,对照组予以庆大霉素和奥硝唑保留灌肠,1周为1个疗程。治疗4个疗程后,比较两组治疗前后主要临床症状积分的变化。结果两组临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组临床疗效明显优于对照组。与治疗前比较,两组治疗后症状总积分和疼痛、坠胀、瘙痒、充血水肿积分均明显降低(P<0.05)。试验组症状总积分和坠胀积分降低程度明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方黄柏液涂剂灌肠治疗肛窦炎较庆大霉素联合奥硝唑灌肠法有更好的临床疗效,且不良反应较少。Objective To observe the effect of retention enema with compound Huangbai （Cortex Phellodendri） liquid coating on the main clinical symptoms of patients with anal sinusitis due to damp-heat pouring downward. Methods Patients with anal sinusitis due to damp-heat pouring downward were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The experimental group was given retention enema with compound Huangbai liquid coating, while the control group was given retention enema with gentamicin plus ornidazole. After four one-week courses of treatment, the changes in main clinical symptom scores were evaluated and compared between the two groups. Results The experimental group had a significantly better clinical outcome than the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, both groups showed significant reductions in total symptom score and the scores of pain, bulge, pruritus, and congestion and edema （P〈0.05）, and the experimental group had significantly greater reductions in total symptom score and the score of bulge than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with gentamycin plus ornidazole, compound Huangbai liquid coating is more effective and has fewer adverse effects in the enema treatment of anal sinusitis.
