保妇康栓联合活络胶囊治疗宫颈腺囊肿的效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究保妇康栓联合活络胶囊治疗宫颈腺囊肿的临床效果。方法 100例宫颈腺囊肿患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,各50例。对照组患者单纯给予保妇康栓治疗,试验组患者给予保妇康栓联合活络胶囊治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果试验组患者总有效率为94.00%,显著高于对照组的72.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率为6.00%,高于对照组的2.00%,但比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论保妇康栓联合活络胶囊治疗宫颈腺囊肿的临床效果显著,不良反应较少,值得推广。Objective To research the clinical effect of Baofukang Suppository combined with Huoluo Capsule in the treatment of cervical adenocele. Methods A total of 100 patients with cervical adenocele were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 50 cases in each group. Patients in the control group was given Baofukang Suppository alone, patients in the experimental group was given Baofukang Suppository combined with Huoluo Capsule. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 94.00%, which was significantly higher than 72.00% of the control group, the difference was statistically, significant （P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 6.00%, which was higher than 2.00% in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Concluion The clinical effect of Baofukang Suppository combined with Huoluo Capsule in the treatment of cervical adenocele is significant, with less adverse reactions and worthy of promotion.
