前置胎盘阴道流血患者的临床护理干预分析

摘　　要：目的研究与分析前置胎盘阴道流血患者的临床护理干预效果。方法 60例前置胎盘阴道流血患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各30例。对照组采取常规护理,在此基础上,观察组加强临床护理干预。对比两组阴道流血量、住院时间、住院费用及护理满意度。结果观察组阴道流血量、住院时间、住院费用均明显少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为96.67%(29/30),明显高于对照组的80.00%(24/30),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对前置胎盘阴道流血患者加强临床护理干预的效果显著,不仅可有效减少阴道流血量,还能提升其护理满意度,并缩短住院时间,值得临床应用。Objective To research and analyze the effect of clinical nursing intervention in patients with vaginal bleeding caused by placenta previa. Methods A total of 60 patients with vaginal bleeding caused by placenta previa were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing. On this basis, the observation group was given： the clinical nursing intervention. The vaginal bleeding volume, length of stay, hospitalization expenses and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared. Results The vaginal bleeding volume, length of stay and hospitalization expenses in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 96.67% （29/30）, which was significantly higher than 80.00% （24/30） of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of strengthening clinical nursing intervention for patients with vaginal bleeding caused by placenta previa is remarkable. It can not only effectively reduce vaginal bleeding volume, but also improve their satisfaction with nursing and shorten length of stay. It is worthy of clinical application.
