摘  要:目的系统评价养血清脑颗粒治疗血管性认知功能障碍的疗效。方法通过计算机检索主要的中英文医学数据库,全面搜集养血清脑颗粒治疗血管性认知功能障碍的临床随机对照试验。按Cochrane协作网发布的Rev Man 5.3软件对多个研究结果的总体效应进行Meta分析。结果共纳入文献17篇(1 420例患者),17篇文献均对患者进行简易智力状态检查表(MMSE)评分,Meta分析结果显示,养血清脑颗粒组MMSE评分优于对照组[WMD=2.96,95%CI(2.54~3.38)]。结论养血清脑颗粒治疗血管性认知功能障碍效果较好。Objective To evaluate therapeutic effect of Yangxue Qingnao Granule in treatment of vascular cognitive impairment. Methods Through computer retrieval the main medical database English,a comprehensive collection of randomized controlled trials of Yangxue Qingnao Granule in treatment of vascular cognitive impairment. According to the Rev Man 5. 3 software released by Cochrane collaboration network,the overall effect of multiple studies was analyzed by Meta-analysis.Results All the 17 literatures were scored on the simple intelligence status checklist( MMSE),the meta-analysis showed that the MMSE score of the Yangxue Qingnao granule group was superior to the control group[WMD = 2. 96,95% CI( 2. 54 ~3. 38) ]. Conclusion Yangxue Qingnao granule can improve vascular cognitive dysfunction in patients with mental state.
