肺力咳合剂联合氨茶碱治疗儿童支气管哮喘的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察肺力咳合剂联合氨茶碱治疗儿童支气管哮喘的临床效果。方法将支气管哮喘患儿130例随机分为观察组和对照组,每组65例。对照组给予氨茶碱治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予肺力咳合剂治疗。比较2组临床疗效、第1秒用力呼气末容积、最大呼气流量及不良反应发生率。结果观察组总有效率为98.46%高于对照组的86.15%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.307,P<0.05)。观察组治疗后第1秒用力呼气末容积及最大呼气流量均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为3.08%低于对照组的21.54%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.623,P<0.05)。结论肺力咳合剂联合氨茶碱治疗儿童支气管哮喘效果显著,可改善第1秒呼气末容积及用力呼气流量变化,且安全性高,具有较高的临床推广价值。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Feilike mistura combined with aminophylline in treatment of children with bronchial asthma. Methods 130 children with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into observation group and control group,65 cases in each group. The control group was treated with aminophylline,based on the treatment of the control group,the observation group was given Feilike mistura. The clinical efficacy,forced expiratory volume in one second,peak expiratory flow,and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group（ 98. 46%） was higher than that of the control group（ 86. 15%）,the difference was statistically significant（ χ2= 5. 307,P 〈0. 05）. The forced expiratory volume in one second and peak expiratory flow in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group（ 3. 08%） was lower than that in the control group（ 21. 54%）,the difference was statistically significant（ χ2= 8. 623,P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Feilike mistura combined with aminophylline in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma is effective,it can improve the forced expiratory volume in one second and peak expiratory flow,and it has higher safety and higher clinical value.
