摘　　要：决策艺术是指决策者在筹谋决断过程中,其思维横跨理性和非理性,并突出非理性的一种特殊的决策方式。它在决策学中占有举足轻重的地位,却缺乏足够的梳理和分析。基于此,本文在文章[1]的基础上,从决策基于筹谋思维的理念出发,对决策艺术内涵的界定,进行了全景式重塑探索:首先,从哲学源头上,论述了决策艺术的学理支撑点。其次,论述和分析了决策艺术所表现复杂的平衡过程,一个精妙的决策艺术,离不开关于对立要素的平衡把握。第三,相对于西方决策学派中的"选取",决策艺术的"平衡"不仅更加复杂,而且包含更丰满的美学理念,如我国传统文化的精华,弗洛伊德精神分析理论中的潜意识功能,灵感思维等。最后分析了决策艺术的美学表现,及其主要特征等。同时指出,对决策艺术的梳理和挖掘对于中华民族伟大复兴的意义。The art of decision making （ADM） refers to a special mode of decision making （DM） in which the decision- maker＇s thinking is based on both rationality and irrationality, and highlights irrationality in the process of making decisions. ADM plays an important role in DM, but lacks of depth of analysis. In this paper, taking the key concept of DM in as a starting point, namely, plotting thinking is essential in DM, the complete connotation of ADM is examined in depth, and then a panoramic reshape on ADM is conducted. Secondly, the complex balancing process of ADM in the context of opposites is discussed. Thirdly, comparing with the ＇＂ choosing＂ in western decision-making theory, the awareness of ＂balancing＂ of ADM is not only being more complicated, but also rich in the aesthetic concept, also the essence of Chinese traditional culture, and the subconscious function from the Freudian psychoanalysis theory, inspiration thinking and so on. Finally, the aesthetic expression of ADM and its essential features are analyzed. Then, the paper points out the significance of combing and exploring ADM to the great rejuvenation of China.
