摘  要:北京新机场航站楼墙体试验段采用HCSA-R水化热抑制型冷缩-干缩全补偿混凝土为核心抗裂技术,辅以"互联网+"水泥基材料全程变形、应变及温度监控技术。试验结果证明,应用该技术可显著提高墙体抗裂能力,混凝土水化放热平缓,降低最高温升10.4℃,降低开裂几率90%。HCSA-R hydration heat inhibitable thermal shrinkage-drying shrinkage full compensation concrete was taken as the core anti-crack technique. "Internet+" monitoring technology was also used as assistance, such as the whole deformation, strain and temperature for cementitious materials, to solve the cracking problems of the wall test section of capital new airport. Results show that the application of anti-cracking significantly improves the anti-crack ability of the wall. The whole hydration heat of test section concrete level off, and the peak temperature rise decreases 10.4℃. above all the cracking rate of wall reduce 90%.
