摘　　要：北京城市副中心综合管廊319工程施工中,将BIM技术植入施工管理体系,采用BIM模型作为信息的载体,建立施工项目信息集成管理系统,检查分析施工安全隐患,优化了施工方案,消除不安全因素,提高了施工管理质量,完善了施工综合管理体系。During construction of Beijing urban sub-center comprehensive pipe gallery 319 project, BIM technique was adopted for construction management. BIM model was used as information medium to establish integrated information management system of the construction project and to inspect and analyze potential risks and optimized construction scheme, successfully completing the general construction management system and improving construction quality.
