天水市2014-2017年牛、羊口蹄疫O型和亚洲I型免疫抗体检测结果分析

摘　　要：口蹄疫(FMD)属于高度接触性传染病,也是农业部强制免疫病种之一。天水市对牛、羊进行了全覆盖免疫接种。为掌握该病的免疫效果,我市采取液相阻断ELISA试验方法检测免疫抗体水平。结果显示,2014-2017年全市七个县区免疫抗体合格率全年保持在70%以上,达到了农业部的要求,另外口蹄疫O型抗体普遍高于亚洲I型抗体。Foot and mouth disease（FMD）is a highly contagious disease,and is also one of the compulsory immunization diseases in the Ministry of Agriculture.The whole coverage of cattle and sheep is immunized in Tianshui.In order to master the immune effect of the disease,the level of immunization antibody was detected by a liquid-phase blocking ELISA test in our city.The results showed that in the past 2014-2017 years,the qualified rate of immune antibody in seven counties of the whole city has been over 70%throughout the year,reaching the requirements of the Ministry of Agriculture,and the type O antibody of foot-and-mouth disease is generally higher than that of type Asia-Ⅰ antibody.
