2012-2016年甘肃省奶牛布鲁氏菌病监测结果分析

摘　　要：奶牛布鲁氏菌病是一种人畜共患传染病,严重地危害了畜牧生产和人们的健康。甘肃省具有季节分明,地理特征明显,畜牧业种类丰富等各种优势,为研究奶牛布鲁氏菌病的防控提供了良好的背景条件。近5年,甘肃省奶牛布鲁氏菌病呈快速上升趋势,作者对2012-2016年甘肃省7166个养殖场(户)311 943份血清学样品进行奶牛布鲁氏菌病实验室检测,检出阳性样品1067份,阳性率0.34%。2013-2016年甘肃所有市(州)均有奶牛布病和人布病发生,奶牛布病和人布病感染关系总体趋于正相关。奶牛布病快速上升的原因有经费投入不足、部门配合不力、饲养管理粗放、流通监管不严、防护意识薄弱等5个方面。综合实验结果数据,本文提出了强化奶牛布病净化、健全部门联防机制、加强活畜调运监管、提高饲养管理水平、提升人员防护能力5项防控措施。Dairy cattle brucellosis is a zoonosis infectious disease,which seriously endangers the livestock breeding production and people＇s health.Gansu Province has clear seasonal,obvious geographical characteristics and the advantages of rich animal husbandry type.All of the above provide good background conditions for the prevention and control of brucellosis in dairy cows.provides a good background condition for further research on dairy cattle brucellosis prevention.In recent 5 years,dairy cattle brucellosis incidence was increasing in Gansu Province,in this paper,the samples of 311943 cows from 7166 farms in Gansu Province during 2012-2016 were monitored by serological surveillance,the result was 1067 positive cases,the positive rate was 0.34%.All the cities（prefectures）in Gansu Province get sick with dairy cattle brucellosis and human brucellosis,and the relationship between dairy cattle brucellosis and human brucellosis tended to be positive during 2013-2016.The causes of the rapid increase of dairy cattle brucellosis include insufficient funds,bad coordination of departments,extensive management,bad circulation supervision,weak protection consciousness and so on.According to the result of experimental data,this paper proposed five prevention and control measures such as strengthening the purification of dairy cattle brucellosis,improving the cooperation mechanism between relevant departments,strengthening the supervision of living animal dispatching,improving the management level of feeding,improving personal protection ability and so on.
