摘 要:赣南某硅矿属于急倾斜中厚矿体。针对原采矿方法中存在的生产成本高,排土场占地面积大,环境污染严重,矿石损失贫化率高的问题,提出了分段凿岩阶段矿房法开采新方案。新方案基于矿体和围岩均稳固的矿岩性质,设计采场的长度、阶段高度分别为60 m、50 m,采用机械化程度高的ZWY-60/15T0型扒矿机联合DKC12地下矿用汽车回采,增大采场生产能力,降低矿石的损失率和贫化率,减少矿石开采成本。生产实践表明:新方案经济效益明显增加,采矿成本每吨降低17.8%,矿石损失率和贫化率分别下降4个百分点和5个百分点,进一步实现了矿山高效开采和保障了采矿的作业安全,可为其他类似矿山的开采提供借鉴。A silicon mine in south Jiangxi province belongs to a kind of steeply inclined medium-thickness ore-body. A new scheme of sublevel stage room stoping method was proposed to deal with problems of high production costs,large dumping field occupied,serious environmental pollution and high ore loss and dilution rate caused by the original mining method of the mine. Based on the stable properties of ore bodies and surrounding rocks,the stope length and height in the new scheme was designed as 60 m and 50 m separately,and the highly mechanized ZWY60/15 T0 scraper and DKC12 underground dump truck mining were jointly adopted to increase the production capacity,lower the ore loss and dilution rate and reduce mining cost. The production results show that the economic efficiency of the new scheme is improved obviously with the mining cost decreased by about 17.8 %,ore loss and dilution decreased by 5 % and 4 % respectively. Further,this scheme realizes the mining of high efficiency and ensures the safety of mining operations. It can provide as a reference for other similar mines.
