摘 要:随着新能源市场的崛起,国内外相关锂产业对锂的需求量急速增长,因此对提锂技术进行研究具有重大的现实意义。目前,根据自然界存在的锂资源类型,提锂技术主要分为卤水提锂和矿石提锂。卤水提锂技术主要应用于工业级碳酸锂的生产,其工艺简单、生产成本较低,但生产条件恶劣,一般分为沉淀法、溶剂萃取法和离子交换吸附法;矿石提锂技术主要用于生产高质量电池级碳酸锂,生产工艺成熟,但生产成本较高,对设备要求高,一般分为石灰烧结法、硫酸盐法、硫酸法、氯化焙烧法和纯碱压煮法。指出卤水提锂和矿石提锂这2种提锂技术各有优势,将在国内长期保持互补关系。With the rise of new energy market,the domestic and foreign lithium industry demand for lithium is increasing rapidly,so it is of great practical significance to study lithium extraction technology. At present,lithium extraction technologies can be divided into extraction of lithium from brine and extraction of lithium from ore according to lithium resources type natural existing. The technology of extracting lithium from brine is mainly used in the production of industrial lithium carbonate. The process is simple and production cost is low,but the production conditions are bad,which are usually divided into methods of precipitation,solvent extraction and ion exchange adsorption. Lithium extraction from ores is mainly used to produce high quality battery grade lithium carbonate. The production process is mature,but the production cost is high. High requirements for equipment. Lithium extraction from ores can be divided into methods of lime sintering,sulfate,sulphuric acid,chlorination roasting and soda pressure boiling. It is pointed out that each of the two lithium extraction technologies,brine extraction and ore extraction,has its own advantages and will maintain a complementary relationship for a long time.
