摘 要:开放式磁路广泛应用于永磁筒式磁选机磁系中,对该磁路的研究对了解磁选设备分选空间内磁场分布特性至关重要。借助ANSYS Maxwell软件,采用有限元方法对不同参数的磁极宽与极间隙宽的磁路和4组不同结构的开放式磁路进行仿真。结果显示:在相同磁极配比条件下,主磁极面越宽,磁系的磁场作用深度就越大,径向磁场梯度越小;添加辅助磁极可提高磁极间隙处的磁场强度;随着主磁面宽与极间隙宽比值的增大,磁系表面周向磁场梯度逐渐变小;磁极间隙处添加高导磁材料软铁,可使磁系表面周向磁场梯度变大,然而其磁场作用深度却减小。试验结果可以为永磁筒式磁选机磁路的设计及优化提供指导。Open magnetic circuit is widely used in the magnetic system of permanent magnetic cylinder magnetic separator. Study on this magnetic circuit is crucial to understand the magnetic field distribution characteristics in the separation space of magnetic separation equipment. By means of ANSYS Maxwell software,the finite element method is used to simulate the magnetic circuits with different magnetic pole width and gap width and four groups of open magnetic circuits with different structures. The conclusion: under the same magnetic pole ratio,the wider the pole surface of the main magnetic pole,the greater the depth of the magnetic field of the magnetic system. While the smaller the radial magnetic field gradient,adding auxiliary magnetic poles can increase the magnetic field strength at the magnetic pole gap,As the ratio of the width of the main magnetic pole to the width of the pole gap increases,the gradient of the circumferential magnetic field on the surface of the magnetic system gradually becomes smaller. Magnetic pole gap to add high permeability soft iron material will make the magnetic system surface circumferential magnetic field gradient increase,but the depth of the magnetic field decreases. The results can provide guidance for design and optimization of magnetic circuit in permanent magnetic cylinder magnetic separator.
