摘　　要：张仁德教授不仅是我国比较经济学早期发展阶段的代表性人物之一，也是“新比较经济学”概念的最早提出者和“中国特色新比较经济学”的先行者。国际金融危机爆发以来的世界经济的长期衰退对西方主流经济学和新自由主义的严重挑战正酝酿着新比较经济学的重大新变革。文章通过与国外新比较经济学各流派的比较，不仅概括了张仁德教授的研究不同于西方新比较经济学的主要特征，还通过对中国新比较经济学的“寻根”，概括了中国特色新比较经济学的鲜明特征，以期在中国特色社会主义新时代将中国学者的这种创新发扬光大，服务于中国改革开放，做出更多更大更具有原创性的理论贡献。Professor Zhang Rende is not only one of the four pioneers of comparative economics in China, but also the earliest pro- ponent of the concept of new comparative economics in China and elsewhere and a leader of Chinese new comparative economics. The long -term world economic recession since the 2008 global financial crisis that has witnessed serious challenges to Western mainstream economics and neo - liberalism is giving rise to a major revolution in new comparative economics. This article reviews the distinctive features of new comparative economics with Chinese Characteristics by finding out the root of Chinese new compara- tive economics, in order to enhance the innovation by Chinese scholars in socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the new era, serve Chinese economic reform and make original theoretical contributions.
