摘　　要：以1 320种中国人文社会科学期刊为研究对象,调研中国人文社会科学期刊开放存取现状,发现存在的问题并提出建议。用网络调研法,首先调研1 320种期刊是否为开放存取期刊,随后调研开放存取期刊的现状和基本情况。在选取的1 320种人文社会科学期刊中,有524种期刊实施了开放存取,这些OA期刊具备地域分布、分科分布较为集中等特点,此外,大部分OA期刊更新及时、网络显示度较好。我国人文社会科学期刊实施开放存取的数量不断增加,但我们要看到传统学术期刊在开放存取的道路上还有很多方面可以努力和完善,探索适合我国人文社会科学期刊的开放存取模式,消除获取学术文献的各种障碍,通过无障碍的学术交流不断提升学术期刊的学术影响力,从而推动我国人文社会科学期刊更好、更快地发展。Based on the study of 1320 Chinese humanities and social sciences journals,this paper investigates the current status of the open access journals,finds existing problems and makes recommendations. Using the Internet survey method,the paper first investigated whether 1320 journals were open access journals,and the status and basic situation of OA journals were investigated and analyzed. Among the 1320 kinds of journals in the humanities and social sciences,there are524 kinds of journals are open access journals,and the OA journals have the characteristics of regional distribution,and branch distribution is concentrated. In addition,most of OA journals have been updated timely and the network display degree is better. The number of open access journals in China keeps increasing, but we should see that traditional academic journals can be improved in many ways on the road of open access. The author argues that we should,explore the open access mode suitable for Chinese humanities and social science journals,eliminate various obstacles to access to academic literature,and improve academic influence of academic journals through academic exchanges without obstacles,so as to promote better and faster development of China＇s humanities and social science journals.
