摘  要:以不饱和聚酯树脂196#和过氧化甲乙酮为原料,制备了不饱和聚酯树脂体系,采用非等温示差扫描量热法研究了该体系的固化反应过程,通过Kissinger方程、Ozawa方程、Crane方程、恒温动力学方程和T-β外推法得到了该体系固化反应的动力学参数和固化温度:表观活化能71.91kJ/mol,反应级数0.9506,一级反应,理论凝胶温度68℃,固化温度107℃,后处理温度155℃,这些数据对不饱和聚酯树脂196#的应用具有理论指导作用。The unsaturated polyester resin system was prepared using unsaturated polyester resin 196# and methyl ethyl ketone peroxide as materials.The curing process of the resin system was studied by the differential scanning calorimetry. The kinetic parameters and curing temperature for the system were caculated and established by the Kissinger equation, Ozawa equation, Crane equation, constant temperature dynamic equation and T-β extrapolation method.The results were as followed: apparent activation energy of curing reaction 71.91 kJ/mol,reaction order 0.950 6,following the first-order reaction, theoretical gel temperature 68℃, curing temperature 107℃ and post-treatment temperature 155℃. These data had theoretical guidance for the application of unsaturated polyester resin 196#.
