摘  要:以双键转化率为基本考量,采用原位红外光谱研究了4种光引发剂及其浓度,辐照光强以及3种活性稀释剂对自制基于回收PET的不饱和聚酯树脂(uPR)的光固化行为的影响。结果表明,采用2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基二苯基氧化膦(TPO)为光引发剂,引发剂用量为UPR树脂质量的4%,辐照强度30mw/cm:,活性稀释剂为苯乙烯(st)时不饱和聚酯的双键转化率最大,可达72.16%。Taking the double bond conversion rate as the basic consideration, the effects of four kinds of photoinitiators and their concentration, irradiation intensity and three kinds of reactive diluents on the UV-curing behavior of self-made unsaturated polyester resin (UPR)based on recycled PET was studied by in-situ infrared spectroscopy. The results showed that using 2,4,6 -trimethylbenzoyldiphenylphosphine oxide ( TPO ) as photoinitiator, TPO amount of 4wt % , UV light intensity 30 mW/cm2, and styrene( St )as reactive diluent, the double bond conversion rate of UPR was the highest, up to 72.16 %.
