摘 要:通过粘度、凝胶时间、压缩强度、泡沫体密度及渗透系数测试研究了聚醚多元醇、催化剂、发泡剂及有机硅表面活性剂用量对双组分聚氨酯(PU)注浆料性能的影响。结果表明,当m(多元醇改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯):m(多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯):m(聚醚三元醇):m(聚醚四元醇):m(邻苯二甲酸二辛酯):m(一缩二乙二醇):m(催化剂A33):m(有机硅表面活性剂):m(发泡剂一氟二氯乙烷):m(蒸馏水)=24:96:40:60:30:8:0.8:2.0:8:1.5时,制备的PU注浆液的粘度为285mPa.s,凝胶时间为100s,泡沫体压缩强度为0.55MPa。用于富水软弱细砂层注浆施工时,固结体压缩强度为3.0MPa,砂层渗透系数为0.84×10-6Cm/s,可起到良好的止水加固作用,整个施工过程及施工后均未出现渗漏现象。The effects of the amounts of polyether polyol, catalyst, foaming agent, and silicone surfactant on the performance of two -component polyurethane ( PU ) grouting were studied by testing for viscosity, gel time, compressive strength, foam density, and permeability coefficient. The results showed that when m (polyol modified diphenylmethane diisocyanate ) :m ( polymethylene polyphenyl polyisocyanate ) : m ( polyether triol ) : m ( polyether tetraol ) : m ( dioctyl phthalate ) : m ( diethylene glycol ) : m( catalyst A33 ) : m( silicone surfactant ) : m( blowing agent monofluoro dichloroethane ) : m( di water ) = 24 : 96:40:60:30:8:0.8:2.0:8 :1.5,the viscosity and gel time of the prepared PU grout was 285 s,and 100 s, respectively.The foam compressive strength was 0.55 MPa. When used for grouting construction of water "oh soft and fine sand layers, the compressive strength of the consolidation body was 3.0 MPa and the sand permeability coefficient was 0.84×10^(-6) cm/s. The grouting could play a good role for water plugging and reinforcement. No water leakage phenomenon appeared during and after the whole construction process.
