摘 要:通过质量、弯曲强度和玻璃化温度测试研究了在相对湿度90%,温度分别为80,90和100℃条件下的碳纤维增强用环氧树脂的老化过程。结果表明,随湿热老化试验时间延长,环氧树脂试样质量上升,100℃下30d材料的弯曲强度保持率为87.1%,玻璃化温度下降约5℃。通过对测试结果拟合构建老化寿命模型,预测了特定类型环氧树脂在20℃,90%相对湿度环境中的使用寿命为11.4a,高温会导致其寿命急剧下降,因此较适合在常温下使用。The aging process of carbon fiber reinforced epoxy resin under the conditions of 90% relative humidity and 80,90 and 100 ~C respectively was studied by the testings of mass, flexural strength and glass transition temperature. The results showed that with the prolonged hydro-thermal aging test time, the mass of the epoxy resin sample was increasesd. The flexural strength retention rate of the material at 100℃ for 30 d was 87.1% and the glass transition temperature was decreased by about 5℃. By fitting the test results to construct the aging life model, itwas predicted that the service life of a specific type of epoxy resin in the environment of 20℃ and 90% relative humidity was 11.4 a,and the high temperature would cause a sharp decline in its life, so it was more suitable for use at normal temperature.
