摘  要:自2006年实施"全民阅读"以来,图书馆积极发挥阅读主导、组织职能,开展了一系列阅读推广活动。但由于缺乏对阅读推广背后理论根源的深入研究,导致每种理论的研究如昙花一现般淹没在浩瀚的比特内容中,在中国传统文化与媒介技术文化的博弈与平衡中如何确定阅读推广的顶层理念,并成为衍生服务内容、方式和模式的生生不息的营养之源,应成为图书馆界亟待解决的问题。文章将中国传统文化界定为阅读推广文化的"精神之髓"、媒介技术文化确定为阅读推广的变革之力,二者最终汇合于新文化的创造洪流中,共同演绎新时代的阅读篇章。Since the implementation of nationwide reading in 2006, the library has actively played a leading role in reading promotion and organization,and launched a series of reading promotion activities. However,due to the lack of in-depth research on the theoretical roots behind the promotion of reading,the research of each theory has been flooded into the vast bit of content,and how to determine the top level of reading promotion in the game and balance of Chinese traditional culture and media technology culture,Which has become a source of continuous nutrition for the contents,methods,and models of derivative services, should be a problem that the library needs to solve urgently. The article defines traditional Chinese culture as the"spirit of the spirit"of reading and promotion culture,and determines the media technology culture as the power of change in reading promotion. The two eventually converge in the creation of new culture and jointly deduce the reading chapter of the new era.
