摘 要:为提高内倾式斜拉桥桥塔施工的安全稳定性,需设计合理的桥塔施工及临时横撑施工方案,并对其施工过程中进行监控。以某在建内倾式斜拉桥桥塔为例,根据模型计算,对原桥塔施工临时横撑施工方案进行了优化,优化后的新方案在确保安全的前提下可少布置一道临时横撑。根据模型计算出各临时横撑的顶推力,并对其在最不利施工阶段下进行验算,验证了顶推力的可行性。并在塔柱根部关键截面以预埋应变计的方式对桥塔施工过程进行监控,实测结果与模型计算结果比较表明,模型计算结果更加保守安全,新方案桥塔施工有足够的安全余量。通过以上的研究说明,新方案具有经济可行和安全性。In order to improve the safety and stability of construction of inward tilting cable-stayed bridge tower,a reasonable construction plan of tower and temporary cross bracings should be designed,and the construction processing should be monitored.An inward tilting cable-stayed bridge tower is taken as an example,the original construction plan of tower and temporary cross bracings is optimized according to the calculation results,and one temporary cross bracings is eliminated when guarantee the safety.The jacking force of every temporary cross bracing is calculated according to models,verifications are made under the most unfavorable construction phase,and the feasibility of jacking force is proved.Theconstruction process of tower is monitored by pre-embedded strain gauge in key section of tower pillar.Comparisons between measured result and calculation result from model prove that,the calculation from model is more conservative and safe,and the construction of pylon by new scheme has adequate safety margin.The study above shows that new scheme has feasibility in terms of economy and safety.
