摘  要:随着半导体激光技术的迅速发展,具有检测精度高、速度快、选择性好等优点的TDLAS技术应运而生,并被广泛应用于气体检测领域。本文主要采用STM32作为主控器结合AD9959完成了多路NO2气体TDLAS检测系统的信号发生电路的设计,并可快速产生多路、高精度、抗干扰性能强的调制信号,适用于多路NO2气体检测系统。经实际电路测试,该电路稳定,能很好地满足信号发生电路的需求。With the rapid development of semiconductor laser technology,TDLAS has emerged and has been widely used in gas detection,which has the advantages of high detection accuracy,high speed and good selectivity. In this text,we mainly use STM32 together with AD9959 to design a signal generation circuit of multi-channel NO_2 gas TDLAS detection system. It can quickly realize the multi-channel modulation signal with high accuracy and strong antiinterference ability,which is suitable for multi-channel NO_2 gas detection system. The actual test shows that the circuit is stable and can meet the needs of the signal generation circuit very well.
