摘　　要：通过分析引流管中通堵等多种引流状态,并根据其特征提出了一种反射式光学法用于监测引流管的工作状态,同时设计制作了一种智能的腹腔引流管监测系统。该监测系统利用光学传感器实时采集载有引流管中引流状态信息的信号,并通过单片机将模拟信号转换成数字信号后,通过蓝牙模块传输至Android智能手机上。同时,在手机端利用软件进行数据存储和初步的计算,最终实现引流状态信息的接收及显示。最后,基于该系统,通过利用模拟引流液进行真实引流过程的模拟实验,实验表明基于光学传感器的监测系统可以有效监测出引流管通堵等工作状态,并且Android智能手机端可以接收到蓝牙模块发送的引流状态数据,并处理绘制成实时变化的曲线。By analyzing various drainage states such as patency or clogging in the drainage tube,according to its characteristics,a method for monitoring the working state of the drainage tube by a reflective optical method is proposed.At the same time,an intelligent abdominal drainage tube monitoring system is designed and manufactured. The monitoring system uses an optical sensor to collect a signal carrying the drainage state information in the drainage tube in real time,and converts the analog signal into a digital signal through a single chip microcomputer,and then transmits the signal to the Android smart phone through the Bluetooth module. At the same time,the software is written for data storage and preliminary calculation,and finally the drainage status information is received and displayed on the mobile terminal.Finally,based on the system,the simulation experiment of the real drainage process is carried out by using the simulated drainage liquid,it shows that the optical sensor-based monitoring system can monitor the working state of the drainage tube,such as the plugging.Moreover,the Android smartphone terminal can receive the drainage state data sent by the Bluetooth module,handles and draws a curve that changes in real time.
