摘 要:针对当前汽车模具配件磨损性能测试方法不能准确地对复合镀层的结构和微观力学、抗微动磨损性能、镀层结合力和抗微动磨损机理进行测试,提出一种复合镀层激光热处理过程中汽车模具配件磨损性能测试方法。采用显微硬度计对复合镀层激光热处理过程的汽车模具配件的显微硬度进行测量。利用OliverPharr模型对汽车模具配件的弹性模量和纳米压痕硬度进行计算,根据计算结果得到汽车模具配件的磨损率。通过纳米电刷镀技术制备复合镀层,以镍镀层和n-SiO2/Ni复合镀层为例进行测试,通过对镍镀层和n-SiO2/Ni复合镀层结构和微观力学、抗微动磨损性能、镀层结合力和抗微动磨损机理进行测试和分析,完成汽车模具配件磨损性能的测试。实验结果表明,n-SiO2/Ni复合镀层的弹性模量和硬度分别比镍镀层增加了6GPa和2.031GPa;n-SiO2/Ni复合镀层比镍镀层的摩擦系数低,抗微动磨损性能好;n-SiO2/Ni复合镀层经激光热处理后的结合力下降,不易出现开裂、起皮等现象。Aiming to solving the problems that the current test methods for wear properties of auto mould parts,the structure,micro-mechanics,anti-fractional wear resistance,coating adhesion and anti-fretting wear mechanism of the composite coating cannot be accurately tested,and a composite coating laser heat treatment process automobile mould is proposed. parts wear performance test method. Microhardness of the automotive mold parts of the composite coating laser heat treatment process was measured using a micro hardness tester. Oliver-Pharr model was used to calculate the elastic modulus and nanoindentation hardness of automotive mold parts. Based on the calculation results,the wear rate of automotive mold parts was obtained. The composite coating was prepared by nano-brush plating technology. The nickel coating and the n-SiO_2/Ni composite coating were tested as examples. The nickel coating and n-SiO_2/Ni composite coating structure and micro-mechanics,anti-fretting performance,the bonding force and anti-fretting wear mechanism was used to complete the test of the wear properties of automotive mold parts. The experimental results show that the elastic modulus and hardness of n-SiO_2/Ni composite coating are 6 GPa and 2. 031 GPa,respectively,which are higher than that of nickel coating. The n-SiO_2/Ni composite coating has lower friction coefficient and better fretting wear resistance than nickel coating. The bonding force of the n-SiO_2/Ni composite coating after laser heat treatment is reduced,and cracking and peeling are not likely to occur.
