摘 要:采用还原性氧化石墨烯(RGO)修饰的石墨毡(GF)作为碘化锌储能器件的电极。采用改进型Hummers法制备氧化石墨烯(GO),然后使用溶剂热法将其生长于石墨毡上,形成还原性氧化石墨烯修饰的石墨毡(RGO-GF)。通过改变氧化石墨烯与乙醇的体积比,研究了不同体积比对RGO-GF电化学性能的影响。采用场发射扫描电子显微镜(FE-SEM)、X射线衍射仪(xRD)和喇曼光谱对其表面及形貌进行了表征。通过循环伏安曲线(CV)、电化学阻抗谱(EIS)和计时电位法等电化学测试方法研究了其电化学性能。研究结果表明,在氧化石墨烯与乙醇体积比为5.3%时,RGO-GF拥有最好的电化学性能,在5mA/cm。的充放电电流密度下,比电容可以达到4.5F/cm2。The graphite felt (GF) modified by the reduced graphite oxide (RGO) was used as the electrode of the zinc iodide energy storage devices. The graphene oxide (GO) was prepared by modified Hummers, and then grown on the graphite felt by solvothermal method to form the graphite felt modified by the reduced graphene oxide (RGO-GF). By changing the volume ratio of the graphene oxide to ethanol, the effects of different volume ratios on the electrochemical per- formance of the RGO-GF were studied. The surface and morphology of the RGO-GF were charac- terized by field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM), X-ray diffractometer (XRD) and Raman spectroscopy. The electrochemical performances of the RGO-GF were studied by the cyclic voltammetric (CV) curve, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), chronopoten- tiometry and other electrochemical test methods. The research results show that the RGO-GF has the best electrochemical performance when the volume ratio of graphene oxide to ethanol is 5.3%, and the specific capacitance can reach 4.5 F/cm2 under the charge-discharge current density of 5 mA/cm2.
