摘 要:细胞融合技术是细胞生物学的一项核心技术,在科学研究、医药开发、农业育种等方面有着广泛应用。PEG法诱导鸡血细胞融合实验也被作为细胞生物学本科实验的一项重要内容,但在实验课程中的融合效果不佳。笔者查阅相关细胞生物学实验指导教材和文献,发现存在两种截然不同的PEG法诱导鸡血细胞融合操作方法。因此,本文对两种方法进行了比较,并进一步讨论了影响PEG法诱导鸡血细胞融合效率的重要因素和改进方法。Cell fusion is one of core technologies of cell biology, which has been widely applied in scientific research, medicine development, agricultural breeding and so on. Experiment of PEG induced chicken blood cell fusion is an important content of cell biology experimental course for undergraduate students, but the fusion effect in the experimental course is not good. The author consulted the relevant cell biology experimental guide textbooks and literature, and found that there are two different protocols for PEG induced chicken blood cell fusion. So in this paper, we compared these two operation methods, further discussed the important factors related with the cell fusion efficiency and give some advice for the operation method optimization.
