摘  要:生物样品中抗HIV药物拉米夫定和奈韦拉平浓度的准确测定对用药依从性评价具有重要意义。本文从生物样品选择和检测技术两个方面对近年来药物检测方法进行归纳,总结发现以前的研究以检测血浆中的药物水平评价短期用药依从性为主,近来主要以头发中的药物水平评价长期服药依从性;检测技术则大多采用灵敏度高、选择性高的液相色谱-质谱法。Accurate determination of lamivudine and nevirapine in biological samples is an important means for the assessment of the adherence to highly active antiretroviral therapy. This paper reviews the developed determination methods from the perspective of the selection of biological samples and determination methods. It found that the determination tends to long-term adherence based on hair from short-term adherence based on plasma and is mostly performed on liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry with high sensitivity and specificity.
