摘　　要：目的:制备并探讨藻昆秘通胶囊治疗习惯性便秘的临床疗效。方法:182例习惯性便秘患者随机分为两组,治疗组91例服用藻昆秘通胶囊、对照组91例服用莫沙必利,疗程均为14d。结果:治疗组总有效率92.31%,对照组总有效率76.92%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:藻昆秘通胶囊治疗习惯性便秘有较好的临床疗效,值得推广应用。Objective：Preparation and To investigatc the clinical effect of Zaokunmitong Jiaonang in the treatment of habitual constipation. Methods ：182 cases of habitual constipation were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group 91 case take Zaokunmitong Jiaonang and control group 91 cases take mosapride,were treated for 14 days.Results：the treatment group total effectiveness 92.31% ,the comparison group tatol effectiveness 76.92% ,two groups had significant difference （P〈0.01）.Conclusion： has good clinical efficacy for treatment of habitual constipation, which is worthly of clinical practice.
