TVT-O手术治疗女性压力性尿失禁的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨TVT-O手术治疗女性压力性尿失禁的临床效果。方法取材时间段为2016年2月至2018年2月,总计选取SUI患者40例,所选取研究对象均接受TVT-O手术治疗,治疗结束后开展门诊复查工作,开展时间为手术治疗结束后的1个月、3个月以及手术治疗前,并让患者填写尿失禁生活质量问卷以及性生活质量问卷。结果所选取研究对象在我院手术后的时间均超过3个月,手术治疗结束后的第1个月入院接受复测的患者有38例,手术治疗结束后的第3个月入院接受复测的患者有32例,调查结果显示手术治疗结束后患者的漏尿情况得到有效改善(P<0.05)。手术治疗前患者的性生活质量评分为(72.3±24.8)分,手术治疗结束后1个月患者的性生活质量评分为(83.8±17.5)分,手术治疗结束后3个月患者的性生活质量评分为(84.0±18.3)分,手术治疗结束后患者的性生活质量评分明显高于手术治疗前(t=2.355,P=0.021;t=2.226,P=0.029)。手术治疗前患者的社交质量评分为(61.5±26.8)分,手术治疗结束后1个月患者的社交质量评分为(92.8±13.5)分,手术治疗结束后3个月患者的社交质量评分为(94.5±15.8)分,手术治疗结束后患者的社交质量评分明显高于手术治疗前(t=6.461,P=0.000;t=6.157,P=0.000)。结论 SUI对患者的正常生活影响较大,及时落实TVT-O手术能够有效缓解SUI患者的各项病症,提高患者的性生活质量以及社交质量,减少各类手术并发症的出现,为接受治疗的患者提供安全保障,应用价值较高,值得在SUI患者的治疗中广泛使用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of TVT-O operation in the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence. Methods A total of 40 cases of SUI patients were selected from February 2016 to February 2018, and all the selected subjects were treated with TVT-O surgery. After the treatment, the outpatient reexamination was carried out. It was higher than that before operation（t=2.355, P=0.021; t =2.226, P =0.029）. The social quality score of the patients before the operation was（61.5±26.8）. The social quality score of the patients was（92.8±13.5） minutes after the end of the operation, and the social quality score of the patients was（94.5±15.8） in three months after the end of the operation, and the social quality score of the patients after the operation was significantly higher than that of the operation.
