女性月经周期性激素水平对术后恶心呕吐的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨在月经周期不同阶段因激素水平不同对手术后恶心,呕吐的影响。方法根据手术时月经周期的不同阶段分为卵泡期,排卵期,黄体期三组,每组分为40例。观察三组患者术后0～6 h、7～24 h、0～24 h三个时间段的恶心、呕吐的发生率。结果黄体期术后0～6 h、0～24 h恶心呕吐发生率显著高于其他两组,差异均有统计学意义。结论女性在月经周期中的黄体期手术PONV发生率较高。女性月经周期性激素水平变化对术后恶心呕吐发生影响以黄体期为著。Objective To explore the different stages of the menstrual cycle due to different hormone levels postoperative nausea and vomiting. MethodAccording to the different stages of the menstrual cycle when the operation is divided into follicular phase, ovulation, luteal phase three groups, each divided into 40 cases. Observe three groups of patients with postoperative 0-6 h, 7-24 h, 0-24 h, nausea, vomiting incidence of three time period. Results Postoperative luteal phase 0-6 h, 0-24 h nausea and vomiting was significantly higher than the other two groups, difference have statistical significance. Conclusion Female luteal phase operation in the menstrual cycle is associated with a greater incidence of PONV. Female sex hormone levels during the menstrual cycle changes impact on postoperative nausea and vomiting occurred in luteal phase.
