摘　　要：目的:在生产乙脑灭活疫苗过程中,应用CaptoCore系列复合凝胶作为纯化介质去除产品中的Vero细胞宿主蛋白。方法:使用CaptoCore系列复合凝胶对乙脑病毒灭活液进行柱层析纯化,按《中国药典》2015版中的方法检测纯化前后的杂质含量。结果:10批灭活液纯化后宿主蛋白含量分别下降了67.01%、67.85%、65.67%、64.48%、66.32%、68.79%、70.35%、66.76%、69.78%和65.99%。结论:CaptoCore系列复合凝胶可高效、快速去除乙脑疫苗中的Vero细胞宿主蛋白,提高产品质量。Objective： Decrease the residual of vero cell host protein from JE vaccine, the complex media capto core is used in the downstream purification. Method： Inactived and concentrated virus bulk is purified with complex media Capto Core. Purified virus determine according to the requirements in Chinese pharmacopeia 2015. Results： Vero host cell protein is removed by67.01%、67.85%、65.67%、64.48%、66.32%、68.79%、70.35%、66.76%、69.78% and 65.99% in ten pilot samples. Conclusion： Capto Core is efficiency complex media which removal the residual of vero cell host protein from JE vaccine, meanwhile improved the quality of product.
