摘  要:制备了基于乙炔黑修饰玻碳电极的双酚A(BPA)电化学传感器,可用于BPA的电化学检测。探讨了修饰材料、富集电位和富集时间等实验条件对传感器性能的影响。实验结果表明,该电极表面乙炔黑分布均匀,并对BPA的氧化有较强的电催化活性。在p H 7.0的含磷酸二氢钠和磷酸氢二钠的磷酸盐缓冲溶液(PBS缓冲溶液)中,BPA在该电极上的电化学行为是受扩散控制的不可逆氧化过程。在优化条件下,BPA浓度与其氧化峰电流在5.0×10^(-5)~5.0×10^(-7)mol/L的范围内有良好的线性关系。该传感器的检出限为1.0×10^(-7)mol/L。An acetylene black modified glassy carbon electrode was prepared and used as the electrochemical sensor for bisphenol A(BPA).The effects of the experimental conditions,such asmodified materials and accumulation potential and time,on the performance of the proposed sensor were studied.The experimental results show that acetylene black is evenly distributed on the electrode surface and has strong catalytic activity for the electrochemical oxidation of bisphenol A.In ap H 7.0 phosphate buffer solution,BPAexhibitsan irreversible electrooxidation process controlled by thediffusion process.Under the optimized conditions,the concentration of BPA has a good linear relationship with its oxidation peak current in the range from 1.0×10-5 to 5.0×10-7mol/L.The detection limit of 1.0×10-7mol/L
